Bicycles: Ascari Royale

Another nice looking bicycle. Exceedingly pretty, actually.

The Ascari Royale. Thank you, Cycle Exif. Beautiful machine. Note the generator on the front hub for the headlight, and the brass plating on the aluminum (probably) hammered fenders, which are hopefully coated in lacquer so they stay shiny.

I really like the copper plating on the rims and the cream tires. Really nice looking. This bike would be stolen in the heartbeat anywhere it was parked outside of your own garage around here, but its very pretty for the brief hours you would still own it.

Details, shine, finish. This is a luxury item.

Look at the saddle spring. Look at the wrapping on the cables. The leather on the handlebars. This is fitted to one person, not meant to be adjustable to someone else. One has to respect that kind of craftsmanship.
