Japanese Biker Gangs
For sheer menace, on a scale of 1-10, they are a two, right above a cute blonde coed on a Vespa scooter.
See them drift into oncoming lanes with no traffic coming close to them at nearly 32 mph! See their menacing grey sweatshirts and cleanly polished and properly worn helmets. See their brave slogans: highway safety! Hear them rev their powerful 49cc 2-stroke engines in the least menacing way possible. Being surrounded by a gang of these motorcycle outlaws must be almost as scary as stepping foot inside a gas station minimart!
Yeah, outlaw means something different in Japan.
