MadAss Off The List

Turns out the new MadAss 125 is no longer California legal. Only CARB (California Air Resources Board) can be so methodically evil as destroy the future of transportation, bike by bike. They banned the Suzuki TU-250X, which is fuel injected and clean burning, because they changed the COLOR of the fenders and tank from red to black. So suddenly it isn't a clean burning motorcycle with the identical engine and emissions system. This is the kind of crazy that suggests arrest, incarceration beside Charlie Manson, and lots of Thorazine.
