So this burglar got loose in my neighborhood area somewhere. Probably hiding in a garage or someone's spare room, but the nights are warm enough he could have gotten some distance. He's an aggravated assault home invader burglar. The police are searching, but no luck on his capture yet.
Update: Was spotted in this area on Tuesday evening but remains uncaptured, loose, and dangerous Thursday morning. I would have thought they'd caught him, but the nights are warm, there are many barns and sheds to sleep in this area, plus a few empty homes. Desperate people do desperate things. I wonder if he's got a local friend trying to get him a lawyer so he can come in and tell his side of this story? The arrest began with domestic violence and those are never one-sided affairs.
UPDATE: Fugitive captured, $200K bail. Was found at Cascade Shores, up on Scotts Flat Lake. Wonder why he stayed so close, for so long? It isn't like the Sherriff will lose interest. I know the Sherriff personally. Keith Royal is not a man with a huge and public sense of humor. He's seen too much crap in this county.
